Sisters Eleanor, Kathleen and Theresa Tsang opened Sweet e’s pastries and sweets opened November 2005. Located in the Kerrisdale area of Vancouver, this cozy, contemporary cake and pastry boutique caters to everyone with a taste for fresh baked cakes, cookies and bite-sized treats that are as delightful to look at as they are to eat.
Eleanor Tsang, Pastry Chef
Growing up and training on the West Coast, Pastry Chef Eleanor Tsang has developed a style which borrows from European and Asian traditions alike. She concentrates on clean, bright flavours with an emphasis on freshness and texture. Presentation is simple but distinct - elegant lines and organic shapes, nothing too contrived, and always a sense of fun and whimsy.
