Sisters Eleanor, Kathleen and Theresa Tsang opened sweet e’s pastries and sweets in November 2005. Located in the Kerrisdale area of Vancouver, this cozy, contemporary cake and pastry boutique caters to everyone with a taste for fresh baked cakes, cookies and bite-sized treats that are as delightful to look at as they are to eat.

Eleanor Tsang, Pastry Chef
Growing up and training on the West Coast, Pastry Chef Eleanor Tsang has developed a style which borrows from European and Asian traditions alike. She concentrates on clean, bright flavours with an emphasis on freshness and texture. Presentation is simple but distinct – elegant lines and organic shapes, nothing too contrived, and always a sense of fun and whimsy.

Kathleen Tsang, Manager
After graduating with a degree in Classical Studies and spending time in the world of museums, Kathleen joined forces with her sisters to look after the business end of things at sweet e’s pastries and sweets. She does what she can to keep delightful, delicious treats moving smoothly from our kitchen to your tummies.

Theresa Tsang, Switch Hitter
When not working in stage management with the Vancouver Opera and on various other projects, Theresa puts her creative talents to good use sculpting and shaping decorations for sweet e’s wonderful custom cakes. Under Eleanor’s excellent tutelage Theresa has become a proficient baker of sponge cake and fantastic all round helper in the kitchen.
