Flourless Chocolate Cake  
This gluten free cake uses cocoa, butter and eggs to create a moist
and tender crumb with true cake texture. Flourless chocolate cake is
available in single serving sizes ($3.95ea) as well as in all sizes of the
Chocolate Butterscotch Pecan Cake and Flourless Chocolate Silk Cake.

at our boutique on a first come first serve basis. If you need
something specific from our menu it is best to call 3-5 days
ahead to pre-order. Minimum 3 business days notice required

Miniature Baked Cheese Cake
Two-bite vanilla cheese cakes with a fruit puree swirled right in. Call for current flavour.
Chocolate Baby Cakes
bite-sized chocolate cupcakes finished with ganache and your choice of three toppings – white chocolate shavings, milk chocolate shavings and dark chocolate shavings. $1.00 each.

Miniature Flourless Chocolate Cake
Completely gluten free – no flours of any kind – careful proportion of eggs, butter and cocoa yields

Orders of 50 truffle-pops or more receive a 10% discount.
Dark Chocolate
Classic dark chocolate truffle-pop with a hint of Mexican vanilla, finished with a dark chocolate sprinkle.
Butterscotch Pecan
Real butterscotch blended with velvety smooth chocolate and wrapped in toasted pecans—yummy!
Caramel
An instant favourite—rich caramel and luscious chocolate, coated in vanilla crumbs.
Pear Cocoa
A distinctively elegant truffle; the fine pear flavour comes from pear liqueur infused into the chocolate. – fine cocoa powder coating.
Frangelico Hazelnut
Hazelnut liqueur and ground hazelnuts make this truffle-pop one of our most popular.
Espresso

Chocolate truffle-pops in a variety of distinctive flavours, wrapped in corporate or wedding colours, add just the right accent to any event.

Minimum order of 40 truffle-pops per flavour required for custom wrapping. Added charge for certain specialty papers and ribbons. Orders of 50 truffle-pops or more receive a 10% discount.

Truffle-pops are best enjoyed at room temperature and are at peak flavour within two weeks of purchase. Truffle-pops may be kept in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
